The Man Behind The Method
Why I built this—and why it works
I’m Brad Kreitzer—founder of the Be Better Men’s Program and creator of the ERASE™ Method. I help men break free from cycles of porn, self-sabotage, and disconnection so they can regain control of their energy, build real confidence, and lead their life and relationships with clarity. I do this because I lived that cycle myself.
I Looked Like I Had It Together—But I Didn’t
From the outside, I looked disciplined and driven. I was competing nationally in javelin and pushing myself physically and mentally, but underneath, I was stuck in a cycle I didn’t understand. I would push hard for a while, then crash when the pressure built. Porn, drinking, and avoidance became ways to cope, even while I tried to maintain control. It wasn’t that I lacked discipline—it was that I didn’t know how to hold myself when life got hard.
Eventually, everything caught up to me. I reached a moment that forced me to face where I was heading and the man I was becoming. I almost lost my life because of my choices, and that became the wake-up call. From that point forward, there was no more drifting, no more numbing, and no more outsourcing my power.
Learning to Rebuild From the Inside Out
I stopped chasing surface-level discipline and started rebuilding from identity. I began learning how to regulate my state, direct my energy, and create real structure in my life. Through breathwork, movement, and consistent practice, I became grounded again—clear, focused, and in control. It wasn’t fast or easy, but it was real.
Over time, the habits I relied on began to lose their grip—not because I forced them out, but because I no longer needed them. As I rebuilt myself, I developed a stronger sense of self, deeper relationships, and a life I didn’t feel the need to escape from.
Why I Do This Work
Today, I’ve been porn-free and substance-free for over a decade. I guide men around the world through this same process, helping them rebuild themselves from the inside out. I know what it’s like to look fine on the outside but feel stuck underneath, to rely on habits you know are holding you back, and to feel the gap between who you are and who you know you could be.
What I’ve learned is this: when a man learns to regulate himself, direct his energy, and take ownership of his life, he no longer needs escape.
