Be Better Men’s Program (BBMP) — Terms & Conditions

By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions with Higher Love Architects LLC (“HLA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Agreement governs your participation in the Be Better Men’s Program (BBMP) and becomes effective on your enrollment date (“Commencement Date”).

 

1. Program Overview

By enrolling in the Be Better Men’s Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including payment, participation, and refund policies.

 

2. Program Deliverables

  • Full Be Better Men’s Program Curriculum, covering all 5 stages of the ERASE Method™ and 7 Core Transformational Modules.
  • 5 Personalized Coaching Audits for accountability and alignment.
  • Embodiment Mastery Library (movement, breathwork, and meditation).
  • Access to the Private Higher Legacy Circle Forum.
  • 2+ Weekly Live Q&A Coaching Calls.
  • Monthly Challenges (beginning 2026).
  • Monthly “Understanding the Other Side” Coaching Calls (beginning 2026).
  • 12-month access to all content and community spaces from your Commencement Date.

 

3. Key Definitions

  • Commencement Date: Date of enrollment or purchase.
  • Guarantee Date: 90 days after Commencement Date.
  • Completion Date: 365 days after Commencement Date.
  • Nominated Bank Account: A valid bank account you provide for refunds (if applicable).

 

4. Representations & Warranties

You understand that BBMP provides education, coaching, and wellness guidance — not therapy, medical, or financial advice. You accept full responsibility for your results and participation.

If enrolling on behalf of a business, the individual enrolling personally guarantees all obligations and payments.

 

5. Payment Terms

You agree to pay the full program fee as selected at checkout:

  • Pay in Full: One-time payment.
  • Two-Month Plan: Two consecutive monthly payments automatically processed using your chosen method.

You authorize HLA to process recurring payments as scheduled. Failure to maintain valid payment information or sufficient funds may result in suspension of access until payments are current.

All sales are final. Refunds are only available under the Program Guarantee in Clause 6.

 

6. The Be Better Guarantee

We guarantee that if you fully participate and engage with BBMP, by Day 90 you will have broken free from porn and wasted energy and begun transforming that power into greater confidence, intimacy, and leadership.

If you do not experience this transformation, you may request a full refund, provided you meet the Eligibility Requirements below.

 

7. Guarantee Eligibility Requirements

A. Timing

  • At least 90 days have passed since your Commencement Date.
  • Refund request submitted within 30 days after the Guarantee Date.

B. Program Integrity

  • You have not breached these Terms.
  • All payments made on time and in full.

C. Minimum Participation

  • Completion of Modules: Introduction, Pillar 1, Pillar 2, and Pillar 3.
  • Full participation in at least 10 live Q&A sessions before the Guarantee Date.

D. Work Product

Submission (with genuine effort) of all required worksheets/workbooks by the Guarantee Date:

  • Be Better Baseline Assessment
  • Self-Care Mastery Manual
  • Sexual Alchemy Roadmap
  • The Intimacy & Leadership Playbook

E. Early Support Requirement

If, by Day 60 after your Commencement Date, you have not yet achieved a 21-day porn-free streak or feel stuck in your progress, you must email [email protected] with the subject line “Help.” Include a brief summary of your progress and the areas where you’re finding it difficult, no later than Day 60. This requirement ensures we can provide additional guidance and accountability before the Guarantee Date, giving you the best possible opportunity for success.

F. Good Faith Standard

The Guarantee applies only to clients who participate sincerely and implement the work. Requests deemed insincere, incomplete, or fraudulent will not be honored.

 

8. Refund Method

To exercise your Guarantee, email [email protected] or [email protected] within 30 days after your Guarantee Date with:

  • Subject line: “Guarantee Request – BBMP”
  • Your full name and Commencement Date
  • A statement confirming you did not experience the transformation described
  • Proof of participation (e.g., screenshots, worksheets, attendance records, “Help” email)

Approved refunds will be issued to your Nominated Bank Account within 14 business days. Refunds apply only to tuition paid and exclude any related costs (e.g., travel, equipment, or third-party services).

 

9. Conduct & Access

You agree to participate with integrity and respect. Login credentials are for personal use only — sharing or redistribution of materials is strictly prohibited.

HLA may remove any participant for conduct deemed disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful. Removal for misconduct does not entitle you to a refund.

 

10. Intellectual Property

All BBMP content — including the ERASE Method™, D.U.S.T. Cycle, and related frameworks — is the exclusive property of Higher Love Architects LLC.

You may not copy, reproduce, record, or distribute any material without written consent.

 

11. Media Use & Consent

By participating, you grant HLA permission to use testimonials or non-identifying feedback for educational or promotional purposes. HLA will maintain professional discretion and respect your privacy.

 

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HLA and its affiliates, officers, and contractors from any claims or damages resulting from your actions or breach of this Agreement.

 

13. Limitation of Liability

HLA’s total liability is limited to the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. HLA is not liable for indirect or consequential damages or events beyond its reasonable control.

 

14. Program Updates & Termination

HLA may update or improve program materials and terms at any time. Notice will be provided to you.

If the Program is discontinued, you will retain access to paid materials until your Completion Date.

 

15. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the full understanding between you and HLA and supersedes any prior communication or representation.

 

16. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, and any disputes will be resolved in Florida courts.

 

17. Acceptance

By checking the box and completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, and authorize Higher Love Architects LLC to process payment in accordance with your chosen plan.
