By checking the box at checkout and completing your purchase, you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms & Conditions with Higher Love Architects LLC (“HLA,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). This Agreement governs your participation in the ERASE 90day intensive and becomes effective on your enrollment date (“Commencement Date”).
1. Program Overview
By enrolling in the ERASE 90 day intensive you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including payment, participation, and refund policies.
2. Program Deliverables
The ERASE 90 Intensive includes:

Twelve (12) private 1:1 coaching sessions over a 90-day period.

The complete ERASE Method™ curriculum, including all five (5) stages of the ERASE Method™ and all accompanying coaching materials.

Personalized implementation plans, accountability, and coaching support throughout the Intensive.

All required workbooks, assessments, handouts, and implementation exercises.

Guided nervous system regulation practices, including breathwork, embodiment, movement, meditation, and other practices assigned as part of your personalized coaching plan.

Access to the Embodiment Mastery Library for the duration of the Program.

4 months access to the Program materials and resources from your Commencement Date.
3. Key Definitions
Commencement Date: The date the Client enrolls in or purchases the ERASE 90 Intensive.
Guarantee Date: Sixty (60) days after the Commencement Date.
Program Completion Date: Ninety (90) days after the Commencement Date.
Meaningful Progress: Observable improvement resulting from the Client's active participation in the Program, which may include increased self-awareness, greater consistency in implementing coaching strategies, improved emotional regulation, stronger discipline, reduction in unwanted behaviors or compulsive patterns, healthier relationships, increased integrity between intentions and actions, or measurable progress toward the Client's stated goals. Meaningful Progress is assessed based on the Client's participation, completion of assigned work, coaching discussions, and implementation of the Program.
Nominated Bank Account: A valid bank account or other payment method designated by the Client for the purpose of receiving an approved refund, where applicable.
4. Representations & Warranties
The Client understands and acknowledges that the ERASE 90 Intensive provides education, coaching, mentoring, and wellness guidance. It is not psychotherapy, counselling, medical treatment, mental health services, legal advice, or financial advice, and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical or psychological condition.
The Client understands that meaningful and lasting change requires active participation, consistent implementation, and personal responsibility. While the Coach is committed to providing guidance, support, and accountability throughout the Program, the Client remains responsible for the decisions they make and the actions they take.
If enrolling on behalf of a business, the individual enrolling personally guarantees all obligations and payments.
5. Payment Terms
The Client agrees to pay the Program Fee selected at the time of enrollment.
Available payment options are:

Pay in Full: One (1) payment due at the time of enrollment.

Three-Month Payment Plan: Three (3) consecutive monthly payments, automatically charged to the payment method provided at enrollment.
By selecting a payment plan, the Client authorizes Higher Love Architects LLC ("HLA") to process recurring payments according to the selected payment schedule.
The Client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the Program. If a scheduled payment is declined or cannot be processed, HLA may suspend access to coaching sessions, Program materials, and related services until the account is brought current.
The Client remains responsible for the full Program Fee regardless of the payment option selected.
Except as expressly provided under the ERASE 90 Intensive Guarantee (Clause 6), all Program Fees are non-refundable.
6. The ERASE 90 Intensive Guarantee
We stand behind the ERASE 90 Intensive and are committed to your success.
If you commit to the process, we will commit to you. Throughout the Intensive, we will provide personalized coaching, guidance, accountability, and support to help you overcome obstacles, redirect the energy you've been investing in escape, and become the man you know you're capable of being.
If you fully participate in the Program, complete the assigned work, and communicate with us if you become stuck, but by Day 60 you genuinely believe you have not experienced Meaningful Progress, you may request a full refund, provided you meet all Guarantee Eligibility Requirements set out below.
Our goal is not simply to complete 90 days together. Our goal is to help you become the kind of man who no longer needs to escape and who leads himself with greater discipline, confidence, integrity, purpose, and connection.
7. Guarantee Eligibility Requirement.
A. Timing
- You must notify us by Day 30 if you feel you are not making meaningful progress.
- You must request your refund no later than Day 60 from your Commencement Date.
B. Early Support Requirement
If, by Day 30 after your Commencement Date, you believe the program is not working for you or you are struggling to make meaningful progress you must email [email protected] with the subject line “Help.” Include a brief summary of your progress (What you have implemented; where you feel stuck and what obstacles you are experiencing), no later than Day 30. This requirement ensures we can provide additional guidance and accountability before the Guarantee Date, giving you the best possible opportunity for success.
C. Good Faith Requirement
The Guarantee applies only to clients who participate honestly, consistently, and with genuine effort.
The Guarantee does not apply where a client has:
- intentionally failed to complete assigned work,
- repeatedly ignored coaching recommendations,
- failed to attend scheduled coaching sessions,
- provided false or misleading information regarding participation
8. Refund Method
To request a refund under the ERASE 90-Day Intensive guarantee:

- your Commencement Date,
- confirmation that you requested support by Day 30,
- Proof of participation
- a brief explanation of why you believe the program has not produced meaningful progress.
We may review coaching attendance, completed assignments, practice logs, worksheets, and other program records to verify eligibility.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method whenever possible. Any approved refund will be reduced only by non-refundable third-party payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, bank fees, and any taxes or government charges that cannot be recovered by Higher Love Architects LLC.
9. Client Conduct, Scheduling & Coaching Relationship
The Client agrees to participate in the Coaching Program with honesty, integrity, respect, and a genuine willingness to engage in the coaching process.
Coaching sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Client and the Coach. The Client agrees to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice if a coaching session needs to be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, may be forfeited at the Coach's discretion unless exceptional circumstances apply.
If the Coach needs to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time.
The Client is responsible for scheduling and attending coaching sessions within the timeframe of the Coaching Program. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all coaching sessions must be completed within:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching sessions must be completed within one hundred twenty (120) days of the Client's Commencement Date.
Unused coaching sessions that remain after the applicable coaching period may be forfeited unless an extension has been approved in writing by Higher Love Architects LLC.
The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services if the Client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, repeatedly fails to participate in good faith, or otherwise interferes with the coaching relationship or creates an unsafe or unproductive environment.
Termination due to a breach of this Agreement or inappropriate conduct shall not entitle the Client to a refund.
9. Confidentiality
Higher Love Architects LLC respects the privacy and confidentiality of every Client.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to the Client or others.
The Client also agrees to respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of Higher Love Architects LLC and any materials provided throughout the Coaching Program.
The Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute confidential coaching materials, worksheets, recordings, communications, or proprietary coaching methods without the prior written consent of Higher Love Architects LLC.
10. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, videos, educational content, the ERASE™ Method, the Embodiment Mastery Library, and any other proprietary frameworks, resources, or materials provided by Higher Love Architects LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Higher Love Architects LLC.
The Client receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
The Client may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, sell, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any coaching materials without prior written permission from Higher Love Architects LLC.
11. Testimonials & Media Consent
The Client may voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, or feedback regarding their coaching experience.
Higher Love Architects LLC will never publish a Client's name, image, testimonial, or identifying information without the Client's express permission.
Anonymous or non-identifying feedback may be used for educational or promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees that participation in the Coaching Program is voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion.
Higher Love Architects LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Coaching Program.
The total liability of Higher Love Architects LLC for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total coaching fees actually paid by the Client.
13. General Legal Provisions
Higher Love Architects LLC reserves the right to update coaching materials, resources, policies, or administrative procedures in order to improve the coaching experience, provided such updates do not materially reduce the services purchased by the Client.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Higher Love Architects LLC and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the Coaching Program.
14. Governing Law & Acceptance
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By checking the acceptance box during checkout, completing payment, or participating in the Coaching Program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Coaching Agreement and Terms of Service
