Why I Built This—and Why It Works

I'm Brad Kreitzer, founder of the Be Better Men's Program and creator of the ERASE™ Method. I help men break free from cycles of porn, self-sabotage, and disconnection so they can reclaim their energy, build real confidence, and lead their lives and relationships with greater clarity and purpose.

I do this work because I lived it myself.

For years, I looked disciplined on the outside. I competed nationally in javelin and pushed myself physically and mentally, but underneath I was stuck in a cycle of porn, drinking, avoidance, and constantly starting over. I would push hard for a while, then crash when the pressure built. It wasn't that I lacked discipline—I simply didn't know how to regulate myself when life got hard.

Eventually, everything caught up to me. I reached a point where I was forced to confront the direction my life was heading and the man I was becoming...

That wake-up call led me to stop chasing surface-level discipline and start rebuilding from the inside out.

Through breathwork, movement, nervous system regulation, and consistent practice, I learned how to direct my energy, build self-trust, and create a life I no longer needed to escape from. Over time, the habits that once controlled me lost their grip—not because I forced them away, but because I no longer needed them.

Today, I've been porn-free and substance-free for over a decade and have helped men around the world create the same kind of transformation.
