By checking the acceptance box at checkout and completing your purchase, you ("Client," "you," or "your") enter into this Coaching Agreement & Terms of Service with Higher Love Architects LLC ("HLA," "we," "our," or "us"). This Agreement governs your participation in the coaching services provided by Higher Love Architects LLC and becomes effective on your Commencement Date.
1. Coaching Program Overview
By enrolling in a coaching program offered by Higher Love Architects LLC, including the Be Better Men's Program Foundations Intensive (6 Sessions) or 90-Day Intensive (12 Sessions), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Coaching Agreement and Terms of Service, including all policies relating to payment, participation, scheduling, cancellations, refunds, and client responsibilities.
You understand that this is a professional coaching service designed to support personal growth, self-leadership, nervous system regulation, and behavioral change through the ERASE™ Method. Coaching is educational in nature and is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, or a substitute for licensed mental health or healthcare services.
2. Coaching Services
Depending on the coaching package purchased at checkout, your coaching program may include some or all of the following:
- Six (6) or Twelve (12) private coaching sessions (approximately 75 minutes each)
- Personalized coaching, guidance, and accountability
- Private WhatsApp or Signal messaging support between scheduled coaching sessions (Messaging support is intended for coaching and accountability purposes only and is not monitored continuously. Clients should not use messaging support for emergencies or urgent medical or mental health situations)
- Customized practices, exercises, and action plans
- Nervous system regulation, breathwork, embodiment, and mindfulness practices
- Access to the Embodiment Mastery Library
- Resources, worksheets, and educational materials supporting the ERASE™ Method
Coaching services are limited to the package selected and purchased by the Client.
Higher Love Architects LLC reserves the right to improve, update, or modify coaching materials, resources, and program content at any time to enhance the coaching experience without reducing the overall value of the purchased program.
The Coaching Program includes access to the Embodiment Mastery Library, coaching resources, and educational materials for one hundred twenty (120) days from the Client's Commencement Date unless otherwise specified in writing.
At the conclusion of the access period, Higher Love Architects LLC may remove or restrict access to coaching materials and resources without further notice.
3. Key Definitions
For the purposes of this Agreement:
Coach means Higher Love Architects LLC and its authorized representatives.
Client means the individual purchasing and participating in the coaching services.
Commencement Date means the date the Client purchases a coaching package or otherwise enrolls in the coaching program.
Coaching Program means the Foundations Intensive (6 Sessions), the 90-Day Intensive (12 Sessions), or any other coaching service purchased from Higher Love Architects LLC.
Coaching Session means one scheduled private coaching session of approximately seventy-five (75) minutes.
Messaging Support means private coaching support provided between scheduled sessions via WhatsApp or Signal during normal business hours.
Embodiment Mastery Library means the collection of educational videos, practices, resources, and training materials made available to eligible Clients.
ERASE™ Method means the proprietary coaching framework developed and owned by Higher Love Architects LLC.
4. Client Acknowledgements & Representations
By enrolling in the Coaching Program, the Client acknowledges and agrees that:
- Coaching is intended to support personal growth, self-leadership, behavioral change, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. It is educational in nature and is not psychotherapy, counseling, medical treatment, legal advice, or financial advice.
- The Client is solely responsible for their own decisions, actions, implementation, and results throughout the coaching relationship.
- Lasting change requires honesty, personal responsibility, and consistent participation. While the Coach provides guidance, accountability, education, and support, no specific outcome or result can be guaranteed.

Higher Love Architects LLC makes no guarantee regarding any specific personal, financial, relational, emotional, physical, or professional outcome from participation in the Coaching Program. Individual results will vary based upon each Client's commitment, participation, personal circumstances, and implementation of the coaching process.
- The Client confirms that they are voluntarily participating in the Coaching Program and accept full responsibility for their physical, emotional, and mental wellbeing throughout the coaching relationship.
- If the Client has any medical, psychological, or mental health concerns that may affect their participation, they agree to seek appropriate advice from a qualified healthcare professional before participating in coaching activities.
- If the Coaching Program is purchased on behalf of a business or organization, the individual completing the purchase represents that they have the authority to enter into this Agreement on behalf of that organization and accept responsibility for all payment obligations.
5. Health & Physical Activity Disclaimer
The Client understands that the Coaching Program may include educational and experiential practices designed to support personal growth, nervous system regulation, and overall wellbeing. These practices may include, but are not limited to, breathwork, movement, stretching, mindfulness, meditation, visualization, journaling, embodiment exercises, and other somatic or self-regulation techniques.
The Client acknowledges that participation in these activities is entirely voluntary and agrees to participate only within their own physical, mental, and emotional capabilities.
The Client represents that they are physically and mentally able to participate in the Coaching Program. If the Client has any medical condition, injury, illness, pregnancy, mental health concern, or other circumstance that may affect their participation, they agree to consult with an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating in any coaching activities.
The Client understands that coaching is not a substitute for medical care, psychotherapy, counseling, diagnosis, or treatment by a licensed healthcare professional. The Coach does not diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental health condition.
The Client assumes full responsibility for their participation in the Coaching Program and releases Higher Love Architects LLC, its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from any claims, liabilities, injuries, losses, or damages arising from participation in coaching activities, except where prohibited by applicable law or resulting from gross negligence or willful misconduct.
The Client agrees to immediately discontinue any exercise, breathwork, movement, or other practice that causes pain, dizziness, significant discomfort, or distress and, where appropriate, seek medical advice before continuing participation.
6. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
The Client agrees to pay the full coaching fee for the selected Coaching Program as displayed at checkout.
Payment options may include:
- Paid in Full: A single one-time payment.
- Payment Plan: Monthly installments automatically charged to the payment method provided at checkout until the full coaching fee has been paid.
By selecting a payment plan, the Client acknowledges that they are committing to the full cost of the Coaching Program and not a month-to-month coaching arrangement. The Client authorizes Higher Love Architects LLC to process recurring payments according to the selected payment schedule.
The Client is responsible for maintaining a valid payment method throughout the duration of any payment plan.
If a scheduled payment is declined, missed, or otherwise cannot be processed, Higher Love Architects LLC reserves the right to immediately suspend or revoke coaching sessions, messaging support, access to the Coaching Portal, the Embodiment Mastery Library, and any other coaching resources until the account has been brought current.
The Client remains responsible for the full balance of the Coaching Program regardless of whether coaching services have been suspended due to missed or failed payments.
Due to the personalized nature of coaching services and the immediate allocation of coaching time and resources, all coaching fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Higher Love Architects LLC reserves the right to pursue collection of any outstanding balances owed under this Agreement.
7. Client Conduct, Scheduling & Coaching Relationship
The Client agrees to participate in the Coaching Program with honesty, integrity, respect, and a genuine willingness to engage in the coaching process.
Coaching sessions will be scheduled by mutual agreement between the Client and the Coach. The Client agrees to provide at least twenty-four (24) hours' notice if a coaching session needs to be rescheduled. Sessions cancelled with less than twenty-four (24) hours' notice, or missed without prior notice, may be forfeited at the Coach's discretion unless exceptional circumstances apply.
If the Coach needs to reschedule a session due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, the session will be rescheduled at the earliest mutually convenient time.
The Client is responsible for scheduling and attending coaching sessions within the timeframe of the Coaching Program. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all coaching sessions must be completed within:

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, coaching sessions must be completed within one hundred twenty (120) days of the Client's Commencement Date.
Unused coaching sessions that remain after the applicable coaching period may be forfeited unless an extension has been approved in writing by Higher Love Architects LLC.
The Coach reserves the right to suspend or terminate coaching services if the Client engages in abusive, threatening, discriminatory, unlawful, or otherwise inappropriate behavior, repeatedly fails to participate in good faith, or otherwise interferes with the coaching relationship or creates an unsafe or unproductive environment.
Termination due to a breach of this Agreement or inappropriate conduct shall not entitle the Client to a refund.
8. Confidentiality
Higher Love Architects LLC respects the privacy and confidentiality of every Client.
Information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential except where disclosure is required by law or where there is a reasonable belief that disclosure is necessary to prevent serious harm to the Client or others.
The Client also agrees to respect the confidentiality and intellectual property of Higher Love Architects LLC and any materials provided throughout the Coaching Program.
The Client agrees not to disclose, reproduce, or distribute confidential coaching materials, worksheets, recordings, communications, or proprietary coaching methods without the prior written consent of Higher Love Architects LLC.
9. Intellectual Property
All coaching materials, worksheets, videos, educational content, the ERASE™ Method, the Embodiment Mastery Library, and any other proprietary frameworks, resources, or materials provided by Higher Love Architects LLC remain the exclusive intellectual property of Higher Love Architects LLC.
The Client receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license
The Client may not reproduce, distribute, share, record, sell, publish, modify, or create derivative works from any coaching materials without prior written permission from Higher Love Architects LLC.
10. Testimonials & Media Consent
The Client may voluntarily provide testimonials, reviews, or feedback regarding their coaching experience.
Higher Love Architects LLC will never publish a Client's name, image, testimonial, or identifying information without the Client's express permission.
Anonymous or non-identifying feedback may be used for educational or promotional purposes unless the Client requests otherwise.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Client agrees that participation in the Coaching Program is voluntary and undertaken at their own discretion.
Higher Love Architects LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Coaching Program.
The total liability of Higher Love Architects LLC for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total coaching fees actually paid by the Client.
12. General Legal Provisions
Higher Love Architects LLC reserves the right to update coaching materials, resources, policies, or administrative procedures in order to improve the coaching experience, provided such updates do not materially reduce the services purchased by the Client.
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the Client and Higher Love Architects LLC and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to the Coaching Program.
13. Governing Law & Acceptance
This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By checking the acceptance box during checkout, completing payment, or participating in the Coaching Program, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by this Coaching Agreement and Terms of Service
